Scope

These terms apply to offers, online orders and agreements with dotShirt unless agreed otherwise in writing. Mandatory consumer law remains fully applicable. Additional quotation terms may apply to B2B projects.

Products, prices and ordering

We describe product characteristics, variants, materials and printing as accurately as possible. Consumer prices include applicable VAT and shipping/discounts are shown before the payment obligation is created. The final order button clearly indicates an obligation to pay, followed by an electronic order confirmation.

Personalisation

You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to customer-supplied logos, text and artwork. A preview is a practical visualisation rather than a colour-calibrated proof. Reasonable production tolerances may occur only insofar as the goods remain contractually and legally conforming.

Delivery, withdrawal and guarantee

Delivery information is shown during checkout. Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for standard distance purchases. The statutory exception may apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This exception never removes statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods. See Shipping & returns.

Complaints and law

Please contact dotShirt first. Belgian consumer mediation and the European Consumer Centre may be available where competent. Belgian law applies where a valid choice of law is permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection that would apply under EU conflict-of-law rules, including relevant protection in their country of habitual residence.
