Shipping and delivery

dotShirt delivers to the countries available at checkout. Shipping cost, any free-shipping threshold and the total price are shown before you place an order. Processing time depends on the product, stock, printing and quantity.

14-day withdrawal for standard goods

Consumers generally have 14 calendar days after receipt to withdraw from a distance purchase of a standard, non-personalised product without giving a reason. You may use our model withdrawal form or send another unambiguous statement.

After withdrawal, goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event within the statutory period. Direct return postage for a remorse return is borne by the consumer unless dotShirt agrees otherwise or mandatory law provides otherwise.

Personalised goods

This never removes statutory rights where goods are defective, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming.

Refunds and defects

Refunds following a valid withdrawal are handled within the statutory time limits. For goods, refund may be withheld until the goods are received back or you provide proof of return, where permitted by law. Necessary costs for a justified defect or incorrect delivery are borne by dotShirt under applicable law.

Statutory guarantee

Belgian consumers benefit from the applicable statutory conformity guarantee, in principle two years for new consumer goods from delivery. Consumers in the Netherlands and other EU countries retain all mandatory consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Business purchases

The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to genuine business purchases. Agreed quotations and terms apply to B2B orders subject to mandatory law.
